Sidney Recycling Program

The VISTA will develop a comprehensive recycling program that will service the City of Sidney, other communities in the county as well as the area's rural residents. ROI serves mentally and physically disabled individuals in Richland County, providing them with support services and the opportunity to make a positive contribution to their community through simple manufacturing and recycling projects. The VISTA will also help ROI increase its capacity to support and serve this population.
