VISTA Leader

Located at: Richland County Health Department - Sidney

The Communities In Action VISTA Leader will support a team of 7 VISTAs located in communities throughout Eastern Montana during their year of service. VISTA projects range from community-wide assessments to developing senior housing facilities and improving services and capacity at local health departments. The Leader will help design and facilitate trainings for CIA VISTA members and provide one-on-one support to members as needed in areas ranging from grant writing to learning how to live on the VISTA budget. The Leader will also be reponsible for helping VISTAs understand and accurately complete their monthly reports. Depending on their interests and skills, the Leader may also be asked to coordinate a state-wide assessment effort with other Montana VISTA Leaders.
